As social conditions and people’s awareness change, the Nissin Group must change along with them.

On October 1, 2008, the Nissin Group shifted to a holding company structure with the establishment of NISSIN FOODS HOLDINGS CO., LTD., and began anew as the Nissin Food Group.

We intend to promote the growth of each business by strengthening their respective diverse brands while creating a sense of Group unity. To do so, we have developed the following concepts for all Group members to hold in common.

    Our targeted form for the Nissin Food Group is not that of an unfocused general food manufacturer. Rather, we aim to continually create and cultivate number-one brands in each of our categories in order to be a strong group of operating companies defined by our lineup of top brands.

    By concentrating the power of food, we aim to be a food-creation group that transforms personal concepts of delicious flavor into something of higher value.
  3. GROUP PHILOSOPHY =EARTH FOOD CREATOR
    We will continue to seek out the diverse potential of food to create delicious flavor that inspires. Moreover, we will contribute to society and the Earth by satisfying humankind with the pleasure and joy of food.
  4. THE SPIRIT OF OUR FOUNDER
    Momofuku Ando, the late Chairman and founder of Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd., put forward three principles:
    “People can only be content when there is enough food”
    “Eat wisely for beauty and health”
    “Creating foods to serve society”
    These principles form the basis of the Group Philosophy and express the unchanging values Nissin has held since its founding.
